Here as we have seen that a Snapdragon 675 has only 2 high-performance cores whereas an Exynos 9610 has 4 high-performance cores but here a Snapdragon chipset has upgraded version of core than Exynos chipset, which makes a Snapdragon chipset a better performer.

Snapdragon 675 works on 11nm LPP process technology, on the other side Exynos 9610 works on 10nm FinFET process technology which makes it a slightly better battery performer chipset. Both chipsets have an octa-core CPU.


GPU:

In the Graphics Processing Unit section, a Snapdragon 675 uses Adreno 612 GPU while Exynos 9610 has Mali G72-MP3 GPU.

Adreno 612 GPU supports Open GL ES 3.2, Open CL 2.0, Vulkan, Direct X 12 and H.264(AVC), H.265(HEVC), VP8 and VP9 playback. Adreno 612 GPU also supports external display over UCB Type-C port.

Mali G72-MP3 is mainly based on the second generation of Bifrost architecture and offers improvement in machine learning efficiency and supports OpenGL ES 3.2, Vulkan 1.0, OpenCL 2.0, DirectX 12 FL11_1 and Renderscript.

Obviously, Adreno 612 GPU gives us better performance over Mali-G72 MP3, because it is built with a newer version than Mali G72 MP3 and also, Adreno 612 has better benchmarks.

When coupled with two

stack image sensors

Both chipsets are amazing in terms of camera performance, even supports AI sensors and Emoji stickers. Snapdragon 675 and Exynos 9610 both give us amazing photos and videos.

But here a Snapdragon 675 uses a 48MP image sensor which will give better sharpness and details in the picture than an Exynos 9610. Therefore, a Snapdragon 675 is a better performer in the camera section than an Exynos 9610.

LTE Modem and Connectivity:

Both chipsets support 600Mbps uplink speed and 150Mbps downlink speed And support almost all connectivity functions like Wi-Fi 802.11ac, dual-channel Wi-Fi 2.5GHz, and 5 GHz, Bluetooth 5.0.

Memory & Storage:

Both chipsets support LPDDR4x RAM of up to 1866 MHz and support UFS 2.1, eMMC 5.1 storage memory.

Display:

Snapdragon 675 supports up to 2520 x 1080 display resolution, whereas Exynos 9610 supports up to 2560 x 1600 resolution. Therefore we can say that Exynos 9610 is slightly better than SDM675 in this field.

So, as we have seen that in many areas Qualcomm SDM675 is better than Samsung Exynos 9610. Although both processors work very well and give an amazing performance in their price segment.
